About 50 years since the birth of the restaurant, Anna’s lively soul still enjoys the family’s cooperation that is headed by Verdiana and Mauro.
All family members have different types of expertise. Every day, Verdiana dedicates herself passionately to the search for raw materials and the preparation of fresh pasta and other starters. Massimiliano creates exceptional main courses with care and professionalism while Stephen dedicates himself to the satisfaction of more demanding palates with the preparation of sensational types of dessert.
